On November 3rd the Supreme Court will hear arguments in a NY case challenging a long held rule in NY that citizens must prove a rationale or distinct reason why they require a handgun license. This concept of approving who deserves to be able to exercise their Constitutional rights places unequal authorities in bureaucracies. Whatever the Courts decision, we must stay vigilant at the local, state and Federal levels to ensure this vital right is not further infringed. We also should be supporting legislation to recognize universal carry rights. Concealed carry permits should be recognized across state lines like drivers licenses. Speak with your representatives o support pending legislation.
