The SC approved a stay by the 6th circuit stopping the OSHA mandate while the lower court decides. The decision was 6-3. However in a 5-4 decision, the court allows the CMS health care workers mandate in place. Still to come is the decision on Federal Contractors which I understand is temporarily on hold from the 6th Circuit. Please advise if this is incorrect.

The White House issued a Vaccine Mandate in September with no additional guidance from the Implementing OSHA Agency. So what is happening? Industry is rushing to mandate vaccines without definitive guidance. Said another way, companies are rushing to mandate vaccines for employees and setting arbitrary dates for compliance. Many healthy low risk younger employees are facing termination for making their own health decisions. ACTIONS: We need to convey to the WH, and Congress and Senate as well as Universities, schools, and private employees our disagreement with this policy.
